To enrol in the Basic & Puppy training course, please download and complete the Puppy & Basic Training enrolment form (this will open a PDF document in a new window) and return with deposit or full payment. Class numbers are limited. Read carefully our terms and conditions at bottom of the enrolment form.

For Advanced training, please complete the Advanced Training enrolment form.

Please arrive 15 minutes early on first day to complete your enrolment.

Remember to bring the following:-
1. YOUR DOG
2. BALANCE OF COURSE FEE
3. VACCINATION CERTIFICATE
All course fees payable to: Companion Dog Training School.
